He was predeceased by: his father Sherlen Horn. He is survived by: his mother Della Horn (Kegley); his wife Sheila Horn (Rogers); his children, David Rogers, Elizabeth Horn Mileti and Seth Horn; his brother John William Sergeant (Christy); and his grandchildren, Serena Rogers, Sean Rogers, Gabe Cowgar and Aubrey Mileti.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (508 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH 44077). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM and at 12:15 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
