He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Jean Brown (Ash); and his sister Tammy Lynn Reese. He is survived by: his wife Paula Brown (Boyce); his father Donald R. Brown; his daughter Brittany Clelland (David); his grandchildren, Sydney Clelland, Wyatt Clelland and Wynston Clelland; his niece Jessica Braskett; and his nephew Richard Brown.
