He was predeceased by: his siblings, Luther Raines, Troy Raines, Rosie Robbins and Virginia Williams; and his former wife Lois Raines.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Raines (Cindy), Brenda Raines and Sandy Nester; his grandchildren, Jami Abel (Joe), Lori Farrar (Larry), Kelli Raines, Cheri Kropac (Travis), Bobby Conrad and Heather Conrad; and his sisters, Grace Shreve and Judy Bartlett (Don). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
