He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene R. Sr. Spivak and Ethel Spivak (Wayner); and his brother Eugene Spivak, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Paula; and his siblings, Tammy Kidder, Jonathan Spivak (Kathleen) and Daniel Spivak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
