He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Galayda and Angela Galayda (Pace); his wife Vicki Galayda (Stamblesky); his grandson Sean Joseph Galayda; his brother Chuck Galayda; and his close friend Kate Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Anne Tucker (Aaron) and Simon Galayda (Arianne); his grandchildren, Shianne Galayda and Joshua Galayda; his sister-in-law Cheryl Galayda; his nephew Andrew Galayda (Rachel Kotnik); and his niece Beth Galayda.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Conrad's memory may be made to St. Andrew Episcopal Church.
