He is survived by: his wife Kourtney; his daughter Courtney Palcsik of Streetsboro; his stepdaughter Ameliyah Fioritto of Painesville; his parents, Karen Churchia (Tim Lanning) of Munson Twp and Marc Churchia (Gina) of Chesterland; his siblings, Hayley Dietz (Andrew) of Middlefield, Ted Churchia of Thompson and Amy Rustay (Scott) of Braselton, GA; his niece Ana Mulanax; and his nephew Brayden Dietz. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
