With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Mally Gartman of Painesville, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on April 23, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Mally and Esther Mally (Springer); her husband Alfred; her son Richard; her sister Esther; her siblings-in-law, Bill Johncox, Joe (Bertha Gartman) and Nancy Mally; and her son-in-law Carl Deener.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Genzen (Rick), Lucinda Gartman Deener, Lee Smead (Jeffrey), Lynne Haley (Allen W.), Laura Gron (Frank) and Alfred T. Gartman Jr.; her daughter-in-law Laurel Peniche Gartman; her grandchildren, Tracey, Charles, Michael (Tara), Brittany, Alexander, Kristin (Kurt), Justin (Kaylee), Chuck (Mary), Bill (Erin), Scott, James (Naima), Walter (Julia), Alfred (Gabrielle), Natalie, George (Elsa), Ashley (Dan), Sonya and Tenieka; her brother Paul Mally; and her siblings-in-law, John and Esther Gartman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation to the First Church Congregational or Lake County Dog Shelter.
