She was predeceased by: her parents, James Caudill and Emma Caudill (Holland); her spouse Adrian Fowler; her brother Donald Caudill; and her stepmother Nettie Caudill.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Fannin (James), Michael Fowler (Carol), Tracy Fowler (Sandra), Brian Scott Fowler (Betty) and Lance Fowler; her sister Ava Cornett; her grandchildren, Stacie Murphy (Brian), Benjamin, Trevor Fowler, Mark Meece (Tiffany) and Jayna Cook; her great grandchildren, Dalton, Brian, Brooklyn, Danica, Tyler, Isla, Sky, Hunter and Faith; and her nephews, Timothy (Cindy) and David Cornett (Jenny).
