He is survived by: his wife Jill; his sons, Dustin Kuykendoll (Kirsten) of Argyle and James Kuykendoll (Jennifer) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Madeline Ann Kuykendoll and Grant Thomas Kuykendoll; his sister Leslie Hollenbaugh Ross (Peter) of Philadelphia; his siblings-in-law, Deborah Doty (Rod Dolin) of Fort Myers and Craig Doty (Margaret "Peggy") of Camden; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces grand-nephews.
