With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Starkey Jr. of Oxford, Ohio, who passed away on May 16, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Chris Starkey, Pam Ward (Jim) and Joanne Brisendine (Jamie); his grandchildren, Sarah, Morgan and Reece; and his brother David Starkey.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The James Cancer Center at OSU: , The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or Faith Lutheran Church in Oxford, Ohio.
