She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Bender and Helen Bender; her husband Wayne Gibson; her brother Samuel Bender (Sandy); her sons, Wayne Scott Gibson (Pamela) of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Robert Todd Gibson (Cyndi) of Milford, Ohio and Randall Evan Gibson (Jan) of Brentwood, Tennessee.; her great grandchild Sophie Marie Gibson; her grandchildren, W. Scott Gibson, Jr. (Elizabeth), Ryan Gibson, Caitlyn Gibson, Elizabeth Gibson and Randall E. Gibson, Jr.; her sister Marilyn Bender; and her grandson Peyton Ryan Gibson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, the Parkinson's Association or a charity of their choice.
