He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Shepherd and Hazel Hunter; his wife Jessie; his brother Norman Shepherd; and his grandson Curtis Shepherd.
He is survived by: his children, Sally Kurmu (John D.), Scott Shepherd (Veronica) and Stuart Shepherd (Laura); his sister Pearl Shinkle (Charlie); his sister-in-law Jean Shepherd; his grandchildren, Christopher Shepherd, Shera Shepherd, Kaila Channels and Victoria Lynn Kurmu; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Tanner, Kaylee, Marissa of Peyton, RJ, Monroe and Mio. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations to the United Methodist Church of Seven Mile, Ohio would be appreciated.
