He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Reed Hoover; his children, LeAndra Smith (Jason), Michelle Hoover and Michael Hoover (Katherine); his grandchildren, Lea Cramer (Alicia), Norah-Ann, Owen, Lillian, Lucas, Leigthy and Elizabeth; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Orion and Atticus; his sister Sharon Hoover-Winn (Ray); and his niece Dawn Donnelly. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
