She is survived by: her husband John Smith; her children, Darleena Jean Thenot (Ray) and John Derrick Smith (Robin); her grandchildren, Brittany Sizemore (Warren), Amanda Gentry, Lauren Duncan (Josh), Annabella Smith and Elizabeth Smith; and her great grandchildren, Raelyn Sizemore, Rhett Sizemore and Elizabeth Sue Duncan.
