He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Adams and Mary Houts Adams; and his brother Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Sara Puterbaugh; his children, Jennifer Gray (Paul) and Peter Adams (Michelle); his grandchildren, Paige, Katie and Ethan; his sister Janet Lee; and his nieces and nephews, David, Michelle, Matt and Kristen.
