She was predeceased by: Matthew Ditmer. She is survived by: her son Ivander Ditmer; her siblings, Julia Stidham and Alexander Holt; her stepfather Gabe Holt; and her stepsiblings, Alison Pennington and Owen Pennington. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Memorial donations in Jade's memory can be made to a Benefit Account at Bridge Credit Union for Ivander Ditmer and/or please consider donating blood to The Hoxworth Blood Center.
