He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Hampton and Helen Hampton; his mother-in-law Myrtle Fletcher; his brother Dick Hampton; and his nephews, Darold Sparks, Tom Downie and Aaron Baker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ranaye Hampton (Michelle) and Dana Smith (Chad); his siblings, Everett Hampton (Susan), Patty Sparks (Clyde) and Betty Taylor (John); his granddaughters, Lyla Smith, Lily Smith, Beth Hampton and Raven Thistle; and his son-in-law Chad. He is also survived by numerous other family members and special friends.
