He is survived by: his wife Judy of Darrtown, Ohio.; his children, Debbie Martin of Costa Mesa, CA, Rick Starnes (Sheila) of Santa Barbara, CA and Scott Starnes of Cota de Caza, CA; his siblings, Les Starnes (Sally) of Costa Mesa, CA, Darlene White (Jack) of Port St and Sharon Hansel; and his grandchildren, Michael Starnes of Santa Barbara, CA and Jacqueline Starnes of San Diego, CA..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Coto Valley Country Club (23331 Vía Venado, Coto De Caza, CA 92679).
