Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Frankie Baker (Oxford, Ohio), born in Franklin, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 88, on January 14, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Wooten and Walter Napier; her husband Richard Keith Baker; her daughters, Debbie Walters (Mark Walters) and Valerie Lynn Baker; and her son-in-law Michael J. Walters.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynda Paddock (Everett) and Tara Hertel (Duane); her grandchildren, Kelye Conrad (Don), Josh Paddock (Morgan), Jordan Walters, Kayla Stout (Zack), Taylor Anderson (Anthony) and Karli Middleton; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Conrad, Wyatt Conrad, Anthony Anderson Jr., Owen Stout, Evan Stout, Kason Stout and Skylar Anderson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home (5086 College Corner Pike, Oxford, OH 45056). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
