It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ed Slone of Oxford, Ohio, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Slone and Armelda Slone; his wife Ida Slone; and his siblings, Stella Coots, Emma Jean Monday, Ella Mae Messer, Carrie Terrell, Martha Cody and Bobby Ellis Slone.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ted Slone (Carol) of Oxford and Mary Smith of Pea Ridge, Arkansas.; his niece Phyllis Feltner of Hazard; and his nephew Bobby Ellis Slone, Jr. of California. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
