With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Levan of Oxford, Ohio, who passed away on July 4, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Wheatley and Edith Wheatley; her significant other Phil LeVan; and her siblings, Ina May, Bobby and Irma.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Rubin (Jamie), Betsy Carter (Ken), Denise Brickler (Jim), Randy Allman (Jess), Phil LeVan, Bob LeVan (Mary) and Anette Kemp; her grandchildren, Ken, Gloria, Sarah, Hannah, Aurora Rubin, Kyle, Kirk, Karen Carter, Samantha Partin (Brandon), Paige Brickler (Trevan Brown), Neilson, Walter, Tony (Holly), Thomas (Miranda), Tiffany and Daniel LeVan; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Braelynn, Kelsey, Kaleb, Arabella, Macklyn and Corbin.
