He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Carmack (Bowman); his children, Stephanie Ann Carmack, Stacey Prater (Wayne) and Steven Gay (Amy); his grandchildren, Anthony, Lauren, Christopher, Payton and Wesley; and his sister Roxanna Grimes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
