He is survived by: his children, Rex Chow (Teresa Goode), Karl Chow (Luann) and Ina Chow (Chris Cooper); his grandchildren, Vanessa Garringer (Matthew), Sahnzi Moyers (Justin Chapin), Alexi Chow and Camille Moyers (Danny Way); his sisters, Fangchu and Fanchu; and his nephew Max Yuan (Claire).
