He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Ann Justice; his child Laurie Ann Kettemann; and his granddaughter Melody Justice. He is survived by: his children, Veronica Rigsby (Jim), Tammy Kirkland (Eric Liming), Jason Justice, Justin Justice (Danielle Honaker) and Nicole Kettemann; his grandchildren, Logan Rigsby, Matthew Rigsby, Makaylyn Rigsby, Tiffany Kirkland, Julie Kirkland and Savannah Kirkland; his great grandchildren, Levi Rigsby, Carter Rigsby, Madison Rigsby, Andrea Kirkland and Karlah Kirkland; and his siblings, Juanita Legg (Eddie), Carol Worley (late David), Louise Wilson (Jim), Clarence Eugene Justice, Sheila Williams (Robert), Clarence Christopher Justice (Gina) and Theresa Roy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
