It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Lee Hatter of Owensville, Ohio, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Ross and Ray Hatter; his stepfather Noble Ross; his son Steven Yates; and his siblings, Bobby Ross and Sheila Lyon.
He is survived by: his close friend Sonja Wiggins; his children, Jason Hatter, Nikki Mills, Madeline Hatter, Rachel Brock and Faleesha Chipman; his siblings, Ron Hatter (Vicky), Russ Hatter, Sharon Tucker (Berry) and Sherry Winters (Ron); his grandchildren, Gabby Mills, Malinah Jones, Alexis Berry, Adriana Faith Smith, Haley Culligan, Steven Yates Jr., Emma Yates and Damien Yates; and his great grandchildren, Hayden and Adrian Yates. He is also survived by friends and cousins who he considered brothers.
