He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Throckmorton and Amy Throckmorton; and his sister Jean McFadden. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Throckmorton; his children, Tammy McEvoy (Rick) and Kenneth E. Throckmorton, Jr. (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephanie, Richell and Joey; his great grandchildren, Brodie, McKenna, Lucas, Lilah and Jayden; and his sisters, Marilyn Lillie and Sharon Eckert.
