She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Schlosser and Emma Schlosser; her husband George Cox; her sons, Robert and Ronald Cox; and her brother James Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley Cox, Randy Cox (Teri), Teresa Vogel (Tom) and Rick Cox (Sonya); her brothers, Donald Dyer and Steve Frost; and her pet Charlie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (210 N Broadway St, Owensville, OH 45160). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials in her memory may be made to the Stonelick Fire Department.
