He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Eugene, Ricky, Charles Whaley and Crystal Fulk.
He is survived by: his wife Clydetta Whaley (Evans); his children, Stephen Whaley of Williamsburg and Jessica Whaley of Greenfield; his stepsons, Matt Evans of Cincinnati and Shane Miller of Otway; and his siblings, James Whaley, Larry Whaley (Delores) of New Lexington, Evelyn Whitehead of Texas, Alberta Hartshorn of New Lexington and Julia Whaley of Saltillo. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
