She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Purtee and Colleen Moore Purtee; her daughter Shawancy Leann Moore; and her grandmother Dora Purtee. She is survived by: her husband Mark Moore; her son Mark Anthony Moore, II of Otway; and her brothers, James Howard Jenkins of Rarden, Charles Joseph Jenkins of Pike County, Theodore Purtee, II of Rarden and Stanley Purtee of Rarden.
