She is survived by: her husband David Smith; her stepdaughters, Alyssa Gomez of Colorado and Jessica Smith of Columbus; her grandson Josh Smith; her great grandchildren, Elijah Smith of Indiana, Autumn of Wheelersburg, Chloe of Wheelersburg, Jace of Wheelersburg and Jaxon Smith of Wheelersburg; her siblings, Rusty Rachford (Anna) of Otway, Donny Rachford (Jeannette) of Lucasville, Steve Rachford (Patty) of Otway, Stella Seaman (Bill) of Otway, Joyce Dettwiller (Roger) of McDermott, Rosemary Stephenson (Keith) of Lucasville and Jeannie Morris (Terry) of Otway; and her nieces and nephews, Stacy Hall and Rhonda Ross. She is also survived by her many, many close friends and family.
