He is survived by: his wife Shay Litreal; his children, Dwayne Litreal (April) of Texas, MaryAnn Litreal of Lucasville, Carla Warren (Keith) of Lucasville and Sandy Williams of Wheelersburg; and his siblings, Carl Oberly of Delaware, Ohio and Sue Strickland of Otway. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
