She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Berniece Crabtree McClary and James Chester Jefferson McClary; her husband Danny Lute; her son Jeffrey Duane Shelpman; and her siblings, Raymond McClary, James McClary, Judy Hobbs and Betty Bittinger.
She is survived by: her daughter Angel Kisor (Lawrence) of McDermott, Ohio; her daughter-in-law Teresa Shelpman Hart of Otway, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jessica Rose Hoffer (Shawn), Jordan Kisor and Chelsea Kisor; her great grandchildren, Maddie of McDermott, Ohio. and Eli Jeffrey Hoffer of McDermott, Ohio.; and her siblings, Debbie Crabtree of Lucasville, Rita Altman (Terry) of Lucasville, Ohio, Tom McClary (Mary) of Otway and Jerry McClary (Beth) of Peebles, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Rose worked as a caregiver for many years, a role she regarded as one of her most meaningful contributions to the world.
