She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Asa Hoffer and Eva Idean Damron Hoffer; and her husband Samuel Jay Huges. She is survived by: her siblings, Berneda Foster (Tim) of Peebles, Nancy Shoemaker (Danny) of Locust Grove, Nelson Hoffer of Rarden and Dwayne Hoffer of Rarden; her stepsons, Barry Hughes of Virginia Beach, Brian Hughes of Otway and Anthony Hughes of Lucasville; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Charlton, Yamato Hughes and Taiyo Hughes; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ariel, Lyla, Noah and Aleah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses.
