Hope and Justin Shaffer of Otway; his great grandchildren, Evan Shaffer of Greenup County, Austin Shaffer (Lakin) of Bear Creek, Skylar Shaffer of Newport and Jordan Gambill of Portsmouth; his great great grandchild Nevaeh Shaffer of Bear Creek; his sisters, Barbara Paugh of Indiana and Kathy Eskin (Harold) of Cleveland; and his pet Chubby.
