He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta (Linkous); and his brother Jeremy Stephenson. He is survived by: his father Bob Stephenson of West Union; his children, Cheyene Miller of Manchester, Miley Stephenson of West Union, Caleb Stephenson of West Union and Jason Stephenson of West Union; and his siblings, Melinda Caraway of Manchester, Christy Hawes of Peebles, Katrina Stephenson of Newark, OH and Tracy Stephenson of Blue Creek. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
