With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janelou Riffe of Otway, Ohio, born in Greenup, Kentucky, who passed away on November 9, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lewis and Nora Bell Kibby White; and her siblings, Charles White, Harrison White, Raymond White, Clarence White, Matilda Coleman, Darlene Hall and Rosie Rister.
She is survived by: her husband James M. Riffe; her daughters, Teresa Fowler of Portsmouth, Shelia Colvin of Portsmouth and Louise "Marie" Riffe of McDermott; and her sister Hazel Jenkins. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
