She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Frazier and Bertha Endicott Frazier; her husband Charles Sparks; her son Charles "Bubby" Sparks; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Frazier, William "Bunk" Frazier, Roy Frazier, Virginia Crabtree, Mary Davis and Ethel Frazier.
She is survived by: her children, John Sparks, Claudia Carney, Peggy Warner (Richard), Ruth Hettinger (Randy) and Marjorie Sparks (Roger Kennedy); her grandchildren, Mike Carney (Rhonda), PJ Carney, Rodney Warner, Amy Warner, Tommy Montavon, Ryan Montavon (Lorie), Russell Hettinger, Charlie Hettinger, Chassie Wireman (Donny), Charles Sparks (Rachelle), Billy Kingrey, Craig Kingrey and Bobby Kingrey (Emily); and her brother Taylor "Junior" Frazier (Mary). She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren.
