We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2024, at the age of 98, Dorothy Louise Webb of Otway, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Ray Richard and Opal Nell Brownfield; her spouse Thomas Edward Webb; her daughter Marsha Webb; and her siblings, Ernest Richard, Norma Briggs, Sheila Evans, Earl Richard, JoAnn Richard and Donald Richard.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gaylen Richard of Otway, Leo Richard of Indiana, Virginia Tolliver of Otway and Reva Theis of Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home (6500 OH-348, Otway, OH 45657). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at the Berea Chapel Cemetery.
