He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Sue Johnson; his sons, Donald Jr., David, Tony and Jerry Kidder; his sister Joan Mattox; and his close friends, Rebecca Stiltner and Jamie Stephens. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
