He was predeceased by: his father Emitt Ellsworth Riley; his siblings, Samuel Lynn Riley, Norman Riley, Donna Riley, Margaret Jones and Violet Mae Gilley of Otway; his grandson Steven Boldman; and his great great grandchild Kynleigh Lynn Gifford.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Eichenlaub Riley; his children, Steve Riley of Lucasville, Tammy Starnes of Piketon, Sandra McIntyre of Latham, Steven Boldman of Otway and Brenda Stephens (Brian) of Otway; and his siblings, Mike Riley of Georgetown, Mary Boldman of Portsmouth, Martha Gharm of Kentucky and Rebecca Mustard of Piketon. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
