He is survived by: his wife Arlene Kortokrax (Ricker); his children, Christopher J. Kortokrax (Sandy Culp) of Delphos, Terry C. Kortokrax (Sheila Gossard) of Ottoville, David J. Kortokrax (Michelle Calvelage) of Ottoville, Robin M. Turnwald (Mark) of Ottoville, Todd T. Kortokrax (Jennifer Scott) of Haviland and Gregory D. Kortokrax (Julie Edwards) of Kalida; his grandchildren, Ryan Kortokrax (Shelby Davies-Jones), Drew Kortokrax, Alaina Kortokrax (Nolan Fox), Logan Kortokrax (Colleen), Carly Bendele (Kyle), Grant Kortokrax, Brooke Kortokrax (Brandon Cox), Trent Kortokrax, Blake Kortokrax, Tyler L. Turnwald, Matthew Turnwald (Madalyn), Evan Turnwald, Brittany Motycka (Cody) and Dannielle Kortokrax (Dave Williamson); his siblings, Jan Michel (Tim) and Carl Kortokrax; his close friend Connie; and his caregiver Christine. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
