He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Hilvers and Lucinda Hilvers (Miller); his brothers, Gerald Hilvers and Paul Hilvers; and his brother-in-law Richard Bonifas.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Giesken; his siblings, Philip Hilvers (Carol) of Ottoville and Jane Bonifas of Landeck; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Hilvers of Pennsboro, WV and Jane Hilvers of Ottoville.
Memorial contributions may be given to Putnam County Hospice, Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
