Kemper; her children, Terry Kemper (Kelly) of Ottoville, Larry Kemper (Cherie) of Ottoville, Patrick Kemper (Shari) of Ottoville, Kevin Kemper (Stacie) of Ottoville and Janice Foppe (Robert) of Kalida; her grandchildren, Ryan, Cody, Logan, Derek, Dylan Kemper, Nicholas, Matthew Foppe, Kiersten, Rachel, Eryn, Kinsley Kemper and Katelyn Foppe; and her siblings, Margie Hoffman of Glandorf and Paul Ricker (Ruthann) of Columbus Grove.
