He was predeceased by: his son Thomas Looser; his daughter-in-law Dacy Looser; his brother Bernard Looser; and his sister-in-law Millie Elwer. He is survived by: his spouse Evelyn Nartker; and his children, Debra Bockrath (Kevin) of Chillicothe, Karen Ellerbrock (Don) of Ottoville, Randy Looser of Arlington, TX and Lori Niemeyer (Rodney) of Ottoville.
