He was predeceased by: his parents, Urban Westrick and Mary Jane Westrick (Burkhart); and his brother Steven Westrick. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Westrick (Dickerson); his children, Matt Westrick (Nataley) of Ottawa, Adam Westrick (Katie) of Kalida and Dawn Siefer (Doug) of Kalida; and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Parker Westrick, Maidge, Molly, Samantha, Zoey, Blaine Westrick, Alex, Ella, Grant and Charity Siefer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mercy Health St. Rita's Hospice, Lima or the American Diabetes Association.
