He was predeceased by: his brother Philip Alt. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Alt and Dolores Alt (Brinkman); his wife Lisa Ellerbrock; his children, Derek Alt (Portia Simchick) of Ottawa, Nathan Alt (Makenna) of Ottawa, Jordan Kuhlman (Max) of Miller City and Taylor Alt (Trevor Siefker) of Ottawa; his grandson Kendrick Alt; his siblings, Steve Alt (Jane) of Glandorf, Jeff Alt (Brenda) of Powell, OH, Dan Alt (Jacque) of New Knoxville, TN, Janice Heuker (Phil) of Temperance, MI and Keith Alt (Lisa) of Ottawa; his siblings-in-law, Randy Ellerbrock (Sue Fiorucci), Brian Ellerbrock (Tanya) and Stacey Baxter (BJ); and his close friend Mocha. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
