She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Vogt and Goldie Vogt (Felkey); her husband John R. Decker; her great grandchild Mallori Maag; her siblings, Oscar Vogt (Virginia), Carl Vogt (Edith), Walter Vogt (Lorna) and Donna Vogt; and her brother-in-law James Utz.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Maag (Dean) of Ottawa, Vicki Hiegel (Craig) of Ottawa, Bonnie Brown (Tom) of Findlay, Connie Tagliapietra (Mark Heppeard) of Findlay, Brenda Kuhlman (Ron) of Ottawa and John Decker of Ottawa; and her sister Betsy Utz of Ottawa. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
