He was predeceased by: his parents, Orley "Tim" Etter, Jr. and Jeanette Etter (Erhart); and his niece Angie Kaufman Schumaker. He is survived by: his siblings, Shari Schumaker (Bob) and Randy Etter (Pat); his nephews, Brad Schumaker (Trish Nienberg), Todd Schumaker (Jamie Quadrozzi) of Rockville, MD, Ryan Etter (Ashley Griffis) and Christopher Etter; and his cousin Shelly Kosch (Jeff). He is also survived by five great-nephews; one great-niece.
