He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Eugene and Helen Ina Skinner (King); and his wife Charlene Butz. He is survived by: his children, Peggy Ranes of Leipsic, Jill Skinner of Ottawa and T. J. Skinner (Vickie Warnecke) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Kendal Farmer, Chance Espenschied, Tyler Espenschied, Brittany Warnecke and Kailey Warnecke; and his great grandchildren, Sorena Espenschied and Karri Espenschied.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heitmeyer Funeral Home (916 E Main St, Ottawa, OH 45875). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
