She is survived by: her daughter Katie Fortman of Dayton; her close friend John Kaufman of Ottawa; her sisters-in-law, Kate Gerdeman of Lima, Diane Gerdeman of Lima and Joyce Gerdeman of Lima; and her pet Maggie.
